Job Title: RF Engineer

1、 Main responsibilities:

1. Circuit Design and Simulation: Responsible for the design, simulation, and optimization of RF front-end circuits such as PA, LNA, Mixer, Filter, VCO, etc; Use tools such as ADS, HFSS, CST, etc. to complete schematic drawing, electromagnetic simulation (EM), and layout design.

2. System architecture participation: Participate in the development of RF subsystem architecture design, indicator decomposition (such as gain, NF, IIP3, S parameters, etc.), and link budget analysis.

3. PCB debugging and testing: independently complete RF PCB debugging, performance testing (using spectrum analyzer, vector network analyzer, signal source, etc.), and problem localization; Resolve EMC/EMI issues, optimize signal integrity and power integrity.

4. Production support and documentation: Write detailed design plans, test reports, BOM lists, and production guidance documents to support product conversion and solve RF related issues in mass production.

2、 Job requirements:

1. Education major: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology, Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Radio Physics, or related fields.

2. Work experience: Bachelor's degree or above for 3 years/Master's degree or above for 1 year of RF circuit design experience (years can be adjusted according to actual requirements); Experience in developing mass-produced products (such as mobile phones, base stations, IoT modules, radars, etc.) is preferred.

3. Professional skills:

Proficient in at least one mainstream RF EDA tool (such as ADS, Cadence AWR, HFSS, CST).

Familiar with the use and calibration of RF testing instruments (vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, noise figure analyzer, etc.).

Have a solid foundation in electromagnetic field and transmission line theory, familiar with core concepts such as Smith chart, impedance matching, S-parameter, noise figure, nonlinear distortion, etc.

Understand PCB stacking structure and RF layout principles (such as 50 Ω control, isolation, grounding, shielding, etc.).

4. Problem solving ability: Possess the ability to independently analyze, debug, and optimize RF links, familiar with common EMC/EMI issues and countermeasures.


Sales Engineer:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to science and engineering

Job Responsibilities:

1. Actively follow up on customer resources provided by the company, search for and develop new customers, and maintain customer relationships

2. Provide feasible product solutions based on customer needs;

3. Work closely with the technical team to ensure that customer customized product needs are met, as well as provide after-sales technical support;

4. Follow up on sales orders to ensure customer satisfaction and order completion;

5. Understand market trends and collect market information;


Job requirements:

1. Have good communication skills, persuasiveness, execution ability, and interpersonal communication skills

2. Having a positive image, appropriate appearance and speech, and a good mental outlook

Drone Shielder Engineer

1、 Job Overview

Responsible for the research and development of drone shields.

 

2、 Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Microwave Technology, Electromagnetic Fields and Wireless Technology, or related fields.

2. Proficient in RF and microwave circuit design, familiar with device characteristics such as PA, PLL, VCO, etc.

3. Familiar with power amplifier linearization technology (DPD) and power management (high current, low noise).

4. Proficient in operating spectrum analyzers, signal sources, network analyzers, and other instruments for debugging.

5. Experience in developing anti drone systems, electronic countermeasures, or base station amplifiers is preferred.
