To enable customers to gain an intuitive understanding of the actual performance of the DJHW/HZ-27-100M-C airborne self-organizing network equipment, we conducted specialized long-distance range tests on-site in Shanwei. These tests verified the product's maximum transmission range, network stability, and real-time multi-channel HD video transmission capabilities, demonstrating its professional communication prowess through authentic measurement data.

I. Test Basic Information

Test date: May 1, 2026

Test location: Bai'an Village ↔ Xingang Village, Shanwei City

Actual measured straight-line distance: 17.5 km

Weather conditions: Cloudy, temperature 24°C–29°C, excellent air quality; standard outdoor line-of-sight testing environment

This test was conducted in open coastal rural terrain, simulating real-world application scenarios such as field inspections, long-distance deployment, and multi-node networking. The results possess significant practical reference value.

The device features a pure frequency band and strong interference resistance, supporting flexible switching between dual-bandwidth modes to meet diverse bandwidth requirements and operate effectively in complex electromagnetic environments.

IV. Actual Measurement and Testing Method

Ten DJHW/HZ-27-100M-C devices were deployed at the Xingang Village site, each connected to one of the ten Hikvision cameras.

Bai'an Village deployed a device of the same model, which connects to a computer for real-time video preview and equipment management.

The contract was issued via the computer system in Xingang Village and received at Bai'an Village, with actual testing conducted to measure the long-distance data transmission rate.

The video smoothness and throughput rates of multi-node networking and point-to-point networking were tested at bandwidths of 20 MHz and 10 MHz, respectively.

V. Actual Core Data Results 1. Test performance of the 20 MHz bandwidth

The device's SNR signal level remains consistently stable at around 14, indicating excellent link quality.

The network topology reliably maintains connectivity among 11 nodes, with a measured communication distance of 17.3 km.

11-channel video streams simultaneously with smooth playback, no lag or screen artifacts.

Two-node peer-to-peer networking: average packet throughput rate of 54 Mbps.

It also supports 11-channel video synchronization transmission, ensuring stable and smooth video playback.

VI. Test Summary and Conclusion

The DJHW/HZ-27-100M-C maintains stable networking performance and excellent signal quality over long distances (up to 17.5 km), capable of simultaneously supporting real-time transmission of 10 high-definition video streams.

With a 20 MHz bandwidth, multi-node networking achieves a throughput of up to 31 Mbps, fully meeting the requirements for large-scale simultaneous multi-point networking and video backhaul services.

The peer-to-peer mode offers a bandwidth of 20 MHz with a rate of up to 54 Mbps, providing ample performance margin to support future long-distance transmission scalability.

The device supports multi-bandwidth adaptive networking and self-healing capabilities in multi-node ad hoc networks, making it ideal for various industrial applications such as field security deployment, drone-based real-time image transmission, long-distance inspection in mountainous or coastal areas, and multi-point cluster networking.
